Vegetable salad
- For a delicious vegetable salad, choose your favourite veggies such as tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumber, and coriander leaves.
- Chop them into small pieces and take them into a mixing bowl.
- Take half a cup of yogurt and two tablespoons of HKC Peanut Sprinkle in a cup ad mix well.
- Add this yogurt mix to the salad bowl and give it a good stir.
- You can eat this vegetable salad as it is or with flatbread. Enjoy!
