Sautéed vegetables
- To create a delicious tangy, spicy and sweetish dish of sauteed vegetables with a peanut sprinkle, start by selecting your favourite vegetables, such as potatoes, okra, eggplants, bitter guard and any others that you like.
- Cut them into bite-sized pieces or wheels if it is better guard, okra and saute them in a pan.
- Sprinkle a little salt over the vegetables, as the peanut sprinkle already contains salt.
- After cooking the vegetables until they are well done, add a tablespoon or desired amount of peanut sprinkle and toss it in the pan for about two minutes.
- Turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy!
- You can add this Sprinkle to any any gravy to enhance the taste.
