Sweet and tangy Gravy

For a deliciously tangy and savory gravy made with HKC Peanut Sprinkle.

Begin by taking three capsicums of the desired color - green, red, or yellow - and chop them into big chunks.

Next, dice an onion and add it to a pan with oil.

Sauté the capsicums and onions for 30 seconds, then add 4 tablespoons of HKC Peanut Sprinkle, a little bit of salt, and some water.

Mix the contents and pressure-cook for a few minutes. To further enhance the flavor, add a bit of tamarind and jaggery(or any mango powder or tamarind powder).

Once pressure-cooked, your delicious capsicum gravy is ready to be enjoyed.
