Eat this with a dollop of your favorite (Greek or Natural) yogurt.
Add 100 ml of water along with the sprouts and cook for 10 minutes (for sprouts to cook well) to make this a curry

Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Fresh sprouts (300gms) of your choice (like green gram)
- 1 Small onion Finely chopped
- 1 Medium Tomato chopped
- HKC Curry Masala
- Salt, Lemon Juice
- ½ Cup Mint & ½ Cup Coriander leaves (fresh)
Preparation
1 Sauté Onions & Tomatoes
Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, chopped coriander & mint leaves.
2 HKC Curry Masala
Add salt & HKC Curry Masala / Magic Masala (as required) & mix well.
3 Cook for 2 mins
Reduce the heat and Close lid for 2 minutes.
4 Add sprouts
and mix this well and turn off the heat.
5 Garnishing
by drizzling a bit of lemon juice and top it with coriander leaves.
6 Serve Hot!
consume this as is as a salad or pair this with rice or your favorite sides.
