Tips

If you want the potatoes crunchy / roasted, DO NOT close the pan with a lid while sauteing the diced potatoes.

Sauteed Potato

Preparation

Sautee the potatoes

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, toss the diced potatoes in it and sauté till they are soft / golden brown.

Add Salt to taste

Sprinkle salt to taste and toss the potatoes well.

Add HKC Curry Masala

Turn off the heat, sprinkle a teaspoon of HKC curry masala and mix well.

Adjust spice levels (if needed)

Add a pinch of curry masala to increase the spice level of the dish.
