Ingredients
- 2 cups of boiled chickpea
- 2 cups of boiled potatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 Big Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 1 spoonful of Ginger Garlic Paste
- HKC Magic Masala & Salt
- 2 tsp of dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi)
Preparation
1 Make the curry base
Blend tomatoes, chopped onions, ginger garlic with 100ml of water to a fine consistency.
2 Sauté Onions
Heat 2 tbsp of butter/oil and sauté chopped onions till golden color.
3 Add curry base
to the sautéed onions and 100ml of water and let it cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.
4 HKC Magic Masala
Add boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, 1 spoonful of HKC magic masala, salt to taste and crushed fenugreek leaves. Mix Well
5 Cook for 10 mins
with the lid on, stirring in regular intervals.
6 Serve Hot
garnishing with coriander and enjoy this with rice or with flatbread / roti of your choice.
