Cauliflower Capsicum Curry
Ingredients
- Few Cauliflowers florets
- 1 Red Capsicum diced
- 1 Large Tomato diced
- Salt to taste
- Spring onion greens
- HKC Curry Masala
Preparation
1 Sauté the vegetables
Heat 2 Tbs of oil in the frying pan and put the cauliflower florets , diced Capsicum and tomato chunks all together in to the pan.
2 Add some Salt
Gentle mix all the vegetables and sprinkle a fistful of water and close the lid for 5 mins.
3 Add HKC Curry Masala
Open the lid and check if the Vegetables are tender/soft. Then add a spoonful of Curry Masala to the veggies and sauté them for 2 more mins.
4 Garnish and Dish out
adjust the salt and Curry Masala to your taste and Garnish the dish with few coriander leaves or Spring onion greens
5 Serve Hot
Have it as a salad or pair it up with your favorite flatbread, roti or rice.
