Boiled Egg Fry
Ingredients
- 5 Hard Boiled Eggs
- Salt & HKC Curry Masala
- Few Mint leaves & Coriander leaves
- Spring Onions for garnishing
Preparation
1 Cut the eggs
into 4 equal pieces.
2 Prepare the flavors
Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add half a cup of freshly chopped mint & coriander leaves. Sautee for 2 minutes
3 Sauté the eggs
Drop the egg pieces into the pan. Sauté for 2 more mins (till egg whites turn slightly golden).
4 Add HKC Curry Masala
Add 1 teaspoonful of HKC Curry masala and salt to your taste. Toss the eggs and turn off the heat.
5 Garnish the dish
with spring onions.
6 Serve hot!
Eat them as it is or pair it up with your favorite flatbread, roti or rice.
