Ingedients
- 1.5 Cups of dry roasted, coarse semolina
- Chopped Vegetables of your choice (like onions, tomato, green beans, carrots, green peas, red bell peppers, etc.
- 3 x Slit Green Chilies (per your taste)
- Finely chopped fresh Ginger
- HKC Magic Masala & Salt
- 6 cups of boiling water
- 3 tablespoons of Lemon juice
Preparation
1 Sauté the veggies
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and sauté the chopped veggies for 3 - 4 minutes.
2 Add semolina and mix well
3 Add 1 spoonful of HKC Magic Masala
and salt to your taste.
4 Add boiling water
Reduce the heat, add 7 cups of boiling water, add 3 tbsp of lemon juice and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame while constantly stirring and with lid closed in other times.
5 Turn off heat
and leave it for 5 minutes.
6 Serve Hot!
and enjoy with HKC Roasted Gram sprinkle on top of it.
