Tomato Soup/Shorba
Ingredients
- 500 gms of Tomatoes
- 1 Medium sized onion, diced
- Fistful of fresh coriander, with stems
- HKC Magic Masala & Salt
Preparation
1 Sauté onions
Add 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
2 Tomatoes & Coriander
Add chopped tomatoes & coriander stems. Mix well and close the lid. Cook till tomatoes are soft (takes approximately 6 minutes).
3 HKC Magic Masala
Add 1 teaspoonful of HKC Magic Masala & salt to your taste.
4 Add Coriander Leaves
Cook for 5 more minutes and turn off the heat.
5 Once contents are cooled down
Blend this (using a hand blender or a regular blender) by adding sufficient water to get it to a soup consistency.
6 Serve Hot!
