Ingredients
- Diced Potatoes (3 medium sized)
- Salt
- HKC Curry Masala
Preparation
1 Sautee the potatoes
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, toss the diced potatoes in it and sauté till they are soft / golden brown.
2 Add Salt to taste
Sprinkle salt to taste and toss the potatoes well.
3 Add HKC Curry Masala
Turn off the heat, sprinkle a teaspoon of HKC curry masala and mix well.
4 Adjust spice levels (if needed)
Add a pinch of curry masala to increase the spice level of the dish.
