Magic Rajma Curry

Preparation

Make the curry base

Blend tomatoes, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste with 100ml of water to a fine consistency.

Sauté Onions

Heat 2 tbsp of butter/oil and sauté chopped onions till golden color.

Add curry base

to the sautéed onions and 100ml of water and let it cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.

HKC Magic Masala

Add boiled rajma, 1 spoonful of HKC magic masala, salt to taste and crushed fenugreek leaves. Mix Well

Cook for 10 mins

with the lid on, stirring in regular intervals.

Serve Hot

garnishing with coriander and fresh cream. Enjoy this with rice or with flatbread / roti of your choice.
