Magic Egg Curry

Preparation

Sauté Boiled Egg Halves

Heat 2 tsps of oil in a pan and fry the boiled egg halves till golden brown. Set the eggs aside once done.

Sauté Onions

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the same pan, sauté chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Stir till tomatoes turn soft.

HKC Magic Masala

Add a spoonful of HKC Magic Masala & salt to taste. Mix well & add 50ml of water.

Add Eggs

to the above mixture and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame.

Garnish

with Coriander leaves and/or spring onions & serve hot!
