Ingredients
- 300 gms of Fresh Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Cubes
- 2 Big Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 1 spoonful of Ginger Garlic Paste
- HKC Magic Masala & Salt
- 10 - 15 pieces of cashew nut
Preparation
1 Make the curry base
Blend tomatoes, onions, cashew & ginger garlic paste with 100ml of water to a fine paste.
2 Prep Paneer cubes
Heat 1 tbsp of butter and fry the paneer cubes to light brown color and put them aside.
3 Sauté Chopped Onions
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in the same frying pan and sauté onions in it till they turn light brown.
4 HKC Magic Masala
Add curry base to the sautéed onions, 1 tbsp of HKC Curry Masala, salt as required & Paneer Cubes and mix well. Add water as required and boil for 5 - 8 minutes with lid closed on a medium flame, stirring continuously.
5 Serve Hot!
Garnishing with coriander and enjoy this with rice or with flatbread / roti of your choice.
